Chocolate is a perishable item, we package and ship to ensure our premium products arrive in top condition.

Orders received Monday-Friday before 2:00 PM will ship the same day.  Weekend orders will ship on Monday.

During the warm weather shipping season from May through September, we only ship NEXT DAY due to the warmer climate and perishable nature of fine chocolate.  There will be a $2.00 additional charge per recipient added to the shipping costs that covers the insulated container and reusable cold gel pack that is placed in each box.

Shipping and Handling is calculated at the end of the ordering process and is based on your order's weight.  During October through April we ship orders to arrive in 3 business days.  We also offer 2-Day Service or Next Day Service.

Shipping prices are per delivery address.  We cannot ship to post office boxes. Confirm gift addresses before ordering.  Orders shipped to a residence will include an additional charge of $1.25.

We value your privacy and we make every effort to ensure the confidentiality of your personally identifiable information. We will not disclose your personally identifiable information unless you give us permission or unless required by law. We do not sell or share our customer database with any other companies.

We welcome corporate orders and offer volume discounts.  Orders for Logo Bars and Chocolate CDs can be placed online.  Large orders of other products should be made by phone to receive a volume discount.
